Just because you don't see what happens in the making of your 'food' doesn't mean you aren't responsible for it. Please don't fund suffering! Go Vegan.
And we wonder why our children are so messed up. We cannot continue to teach them to love animals while convincing them it is perfectly okay to harm the animals we are supposed to love.
Everything being done to spread veganism currently is helpful and not without merit. But eventually we will be forced to decide if we will continue to allow the animal abusers to profit of their cruelty or will we stand up and stop it.
Only when we are collectively willing to risk our freedom for justice and the greater good of all Earthlings will things finally change. Those in power and with money will never concede to let go of their dominion over animals willingly. We must wrest control from their hands through force and direct action to liberate the enslaved and oppressed.
Only when we make it impossible for them to go about business as usual will we truly see the end of animal abuse on the horizon. If we wait for the better angels of human nature we will be sorely disappointed. The number of good people willing to change because it is the right thing to do will always be a small minority. But the small minority can be immensely powerful when they are determined that change is needed at any cost.
People must be jarred into seeing the absurdity of their actions. They can not be gently awaken but rather require a blaring alarm and the violent shaking of those unwilling to let them continue their dogmatic slumber. We need more ALF and DxE. Any other recipe for animal liberation is likely to lead to lackluster results and the prolonged suffering of animals everywhere.
“In their behavior toward creatures, all men are Nazis. Human beings see oppression vividly when they're the victims. Otherwise they victimize blindly and without a thought.”
