Today's Protest at Outback
Stayed for about an hour in 100+ degree heat with my son outside of Outback. Reached a lot of people. I shared with each passerby that not only are they destroying the planet of their children and grandchildren, the healthcare system of everyone, but they are also making a loving and playful sentient being suffer an unthinkable death just because they like a taste (easily replaced by vegan flavored substitutes). Obviously, people going into Outback aren't going to be receptive in the moment, but I think it plants a permanent seed if you go eat the animal you just heard is suffering so much. Hopefully the message grows into compassion.
