Surviving this world as a vegan and additionally as an animal rights activist is a daunting and challenging task. We are surround by things that make us feel sad and our knowledge of what is going on in the world behind closed slaughterhouse doors can drive us to depression. But, to be useful in our endeavor to help animals, we have to find ways to cope. So, Elle and I have started working on a video series called Vegan Therapy Sessions. We are not trained in this and can't offer real medical or psychiatric advice, but our goal is to help offer tips on how to find peace and happiness and also commiserate and let vegans out there know that they are not alone.
